Using abbreviations in TTY calls

Avaya one-X agent provides a standard set to which the user may add others, delete, or edit present entries. TTY callers use TTY abbreviations for ease of communication and efficiency in sending messages. You can insert abbreviations either from the Abbreviations menu on the TTY window or directly invoke the list of abbreviations using the cursor.
